i’m not saying this is the best thing ever written but this book reminds me why i fell in love with reading. Because for Julian, falling in love isn't just unwelcome - it could be deadly for everyone involved .

It's relatable because even with their luxurious lifestyles you can clearly see that they struggle with very normal things such as self-esteem, addiction, broken families, and broken relationships. They are just playing this dangerous game of who's gonna give up first and its making me loose my goddamn mind because its not funny. yes she makes me angry and annoyed, yes i wanna shake her bc her decisions are stupid sometimes but she wears her heart on her chest and she makes decisions with her heart.She makes terrible decisions the majority of the time and probably should be in counselling but she delivers queen behaviour 💅 She honestly deserves better. omg this book gave me so much fkn emotional whiplash, im literally going through all 5 stages of grief rn. like yes he is so stupid, yes i want to put his head through a wall but he was so deeply flawed and broken it was just so hard for me to dislike his character. Our team is made up of book lovers who are dedicated to sourcing and providing the best books for kids. he had these bedroom eyes that look at you like he's undressing you on the spot and i know that sounds so inappropriate, but that's just because he's never done it to you, because if he had, you'd know and you'd live your life waiting for him to look at you like that again.

I was so conflicted about how I felt for the majority of this book, it's unlike anything else I've read. He was so good to Magnolia and yes they had chemistry but I still wasn't invested in their fake relationship. she had every single guy she would meet wrapped around her finger but she still would always choose and run back to the most toxic guy in existence.Bridget and Henry: the voices of reason in this as they don’t hold back in telling bj and magnolia how toxic their relationship is and I was living for it. i understand why she always kept going back to bj bc that’s her first love but it was just a never ending cycle of back and fourth. But when her safety is threatened once again, she finds herself back under the watchful eyes of her gang-lord brother Julian and her ex-boyfriend Christian, both desperate to keep her safe. he’s that obsessed with magnolia that had sex with all of the girls she hated and even her friends😍‼️😍‼️.

How many people will look at me like he does, not just like I’m the sun but like I’m the whole god damn universe. Tom England you can be my bf baby, I want you 😍 I see what you were doing but I can't blame the man.It was a turmoil of emotions from laughing fits, blushing, anxiety, yelling/screaming and wanting to peg the book across the room (more time spent feeling the latter).

bj: (terrible name btw) i have the biggest love/hate relationship w his character, but i have faith in him that he will start making the right choices. GUYS there were moments where her father said something to her and she thought “elton hadn’t told me about it” GIRL😭😭. All 20-year-old Daisy Haites has ever wanted is a normal life, but as the heiress to London's most notorious criminal empire, it's just not on the cards for her. If you are looking for a cutesy romantic book with unrealistic standards and stories then please go away and never come back to this series ever again.Anyways, it was mostly the writing/narration that pulled me into this story especially when the author delved into their feelings about each other. this piece of shit was forcing her to date other guys, cause she tried to get over his cheating and now he’s slut shaming her for that? the way that i had absolutely no idea wtf i was getting into when i started this but loved every single moment of this book.
