In between, Lily and Atlas steal away for romantic moments that are even sweeter for their authenticity as Lily struggles with child care, breastfeeding, and running a business while trying to find time for herself. Books are subjective-- therefore there can be books that I love you hate, and books I hate that you love. A 'nice' book that attempts to tie up loose ends from the previous but feels like a long drawn out ending instead. Part of what I loved about that book was the nuanced and flawed characters, while this book distilled everyone down to either just a good guy or a bad guy.
