CNC ALUMINUM CASE Some important notes on keysets - you can't fit 'any' keyset on this keyboard, need to make sure to have 1U wide keys to the right of the space bar (Alt / Fn / Ctrl) and since the PgUp / PgDwn / End keys are on different rows to full size keyboard, you need a keycap set supporting these alternate row profiles. One of the reasons I bought this particular model is that it can be modded in firmware so that the keys do alternative things; this was important to me because I wanted it to be a Mac layout rather than the standard Windows, which means moving the Windows/Command key to a different location amongst other things. I used VIA to do this (you have to install the VIA firmware first, I found that rev 1 worked, rev 2 didn't), which means I can easily change stuff (including the RGB) through a web interface. Handy! I’m guessing most people in the hobby don’t mind taking electronics apart to remove the stabilisers and lube them properly, but if you think you can buy this board, plug some switches in and add some key caps you are mistaken.
