Sunny Madison is a 2020-introduced and all-around character. She is a student at Rainbow High that focuses in Computer Animation. Sunny is as bright and happy as her name and her yellow color palette suggest. She's bubbly, energetic and she loves to be a fangirl of everything - especially her friends. She got into Rainbow High on her amazing animation skills, and at school, she creates a whole animated series based on her BFFs. She's the kind of cutie that can only be described as kawaii, because she's obsessed with all things adorable. Sunny's style is quirky but cool with a mix of pieces that makes her a trendsetter, not just a fan. Like all other first years, Violet seems to be really fond of the A's. On The Vi Life Violet revealed that Amaya bonded with Daphne at sleepaway camp and that's when they started being friends, And they even decided to work on the same Radiant Week Project. For her 24 inch doll, her complexion and eye design remains the same as Series 2, but her eye makeup now is only faint blue and green and her lips are now rosy pink.

Today, on the Vi Life, I'm owning up to my mistake & learning a lesson about friendship, trust, and humility. On today's Vi Life #AMA Exclusive, we'll be answering some of the HOTTEST questions submitted by our fellow Rainbow High classmates! 🌈 Sunny was also the first to welcome Amaya, and overall was the friendliest towards her despite the awkward situation surrounding Bella's expulsion. She was the only one who really noticed and complimented Amaya. Their bond grew over the time they had to work together.
Like Ruby, Jade and Violet always seem to be on opposing ends of arguments, especially when Bella is involved. During " Going Viral", Jade was especially mad at Violet for posting the video. However, they made up so they are assumed to be on friendly terms, even if it is a little tense. Sunny's runway dress from the episode “The Final Runway Show” is inspired by the umbrella dress by Agatha Ruiz de la Prada In the episode “ The Final Runway Show” Poppy's dress is inspired by the monarch butterfly dress from Moschino Spring 2018. Her signature boots are inspired by the series of "For Walking" boots by Off-White, an Italian luxury fashion label. Amaya's Series 1 doll was a Toy Book 2021 Doll of the Year Finalist along with all of the other Series 1 dolls.Sunny greatly admires The A's, possibly more than any other characters. She has a particular fondness for Avery and her fashion designs. Though they don't interact much, they seem to get along well together quite well. They are also apart of the same runway group.
Violet is on full bad terms with Colin, due to him attempting to cheat on Skyler with Ruby. She puts footage of him on her show despite him saying he wants it deleted, and even edits footage of him to draw clown features on his face. On occasion, Violet can be somewhat inconsiderate of the feelings of others. Because she wanted to branch out make new friends, she lied to Sunny about requesting the same dorm room so that she could room with a different group of girls. She also seemed to be more concerned with her follower account than focusing on group schoolwork after Bella's departure. That said, her friendship with Sunny was mended in no time and she was among the friendliest and most welcoming in the group towards Amaya.She was the second (after Sunny) to accept Amaya as part of the group, and she shares a dorm room with her. Although they didn't exactly get along at first, after Violet found that Amaya was a fan, she started being friendly to her. Phaedra is her new co-host, and it can be easily implied that they are not always on good terms. Violet considered Phaedra and others from Pacific Coast High and Shadow High her enemies because they aren't from her school. However, after some time, she is seen comfortable with Phaedra. While not much is known about their friendship, they did work on the Radiant Week project together so it is assumed they are friends as they both love animation.
