About this deal

Still, he can’t resist his wife’s pleas, and so he begins to untangle his side of the story, revealing for the first time his most intimate feelings and thoughts, retelling both the good and bad moments, and sharing a few shocking confessions of his own from the time when they first met. This story is told in a back and forth composition which is so perfectly executed, so precisely timed that the reader is taken on a journey through Will’s eyes that will leave you spellbound in its beauty and telling.

The ones where you’re transported back in time to a moment you want to relive because it left a mark on you. Devour it, and then be sure to share that memory with someone else, because after all, memories are better when shared. The death of my parents, the anger I held toward them, the amount of responsibility I now face, the fact that I’m all Caulder has—and she’s still looking at me with hope in her tear-filled eyes. It actually takes place after Point of Retreat and is a continuation of their story in that respect. Layken and Will’s love has managed to withstand the toughest of circumstances and the young lovers, now married, are beginning to feel safe and secure in their union. The goods do not need to be in their original packaging however in a sellable condition, and at your own cost and risk. I loved the first chapter but after that, it was endless, lengthy soliloquies of Will's overwhelming love and raging desire over Lake (though I guess this is keeping up with his character, since he is a poet). Atria Books published This Girl, the third and final installment in the Slammed series, on April 30, 2013. Full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available in the UK from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or your Local Authority's Trading Standards Office.

Even as I look at these beautiful quotes from this book, it brings out emotions which no book has ever brought out for me.Unable to deny her pleas, Will is forced to unlock painful memories, revealing his most intimate feelings and thoughts to Layken. I don’t want to mention too many details of the story, but I have to say that what brought it all together for me, what catapulted this book into the stratosphere for me was the realness and beauty of all of the characters. What I took away from this book is that Slammed isn't Will and Lake and the reasons that I fell head over heels about the book wasn't solely because of them.

Connections I sorely missed in this 256-pages long of Will mooning over Layken and how much he wants to kiss her but can't. My objectphilic nature towards This Girl stems from the fact I believe that this book without a doubt does have a soul. For further information about your statutory rights, contact your local authority Trading Standards department or consumer advice centre (for example the Citizen's Advice Bureau if you are in the UK). Apart from honeymoon scenes where Lake and Will retread over their meeting and coming to terms with each other, this had very little weight to it. I loved getting the flashback glimpses from Slammed, but in a whole new light from Will's perspective.Such an incredibly sweet, and at times, very sad love story between two young adults left behind after their parents’ deaths.
