The ride was definitely a fun one, full of conflicting twists and turns, some shocking red herrings and a a twist that completely threw me off-guard. The characters were oddly enticing and magnetic, they plucked at my curiosity to know more about them as they inhabited well-crafted storylines that curved, bent, and folded over like a beautiful origami swan. She makes a prediction: Neo will soon need to choose to save the life of Morpheus, or his own; in any case, one of them will die (this is the first of three paths that the Oracle defines for Neo). All in all, this was a fun read and I'd recommend it to those who like mysteries and domestic thrillers. The dual timeline and different narrators gives a variety of perspectives but it was Celia that had me gripped more than Madison.I thought I had it all figured out but I was happily wrong and found several surprising twists and turns which made for a terrific story. Coop's family welcomes her even if they are somewhat suspicious of her motives since the family is so wealthy and want to make sure she wants Cooper for love and just not his bank account. Had this glitch on me because started a new character and it reset a bunch of my challenges for my main character. It was he who freed the first of us, taught us the truth - As long as the Matrix exists, the human race will never be free. This was a clever and twisted tale of intrigue, family entanglements, small-town complications, and secrets.

And although you didn't ask, the name for the item which is next to the next to the last is antepenultimate. He lived in London, he was charming to my friends, his underwear was always fresh and he could cook. I loved the author’s previous book more but it still excited me and it was whirlwind, fast, captivating reading!Madison is excited about this new chapter in her life; planning their wedding and turning their house into a home. I would be delighted if more people used antepenultimate but I have been on the losing side of many linguistic battles and am not optimistic on this one.
