We found the 8×25 ED perfect for birdwatching on a sunny afternoon, but it also held up well in gloomier conditions. Hi there. I've not had an ESA phone assessment yet but I've had a PIP telephone assessment in March and it went OK. The lady ohoned dead on the time and it took about 45 minutes. Throughout she remained polite and pleasant and never once rude unlike when I had a face to face assessment a yr previously.
