About this deal

It has a fizzy champagne feel, and reminds me of 'beginning of fall' rain, when the rain feels colder than the air for a minute.

It’s almost like perfumers have a mathematical formula that produces this same type of fragrance with ease.I'll keep it as my partner loves this so much and it's an ideal scent for spring, summer and holidays/city trips to me.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, it looks like the DoD is releasing another solicitation; time to start writing. When matched with clean patchouli (this isn't the dirtier variety) it feels familiar and dare I say it. I've owned many scents since then, but Mon Paris EDP is the fragrance I've come back to time and time again. From looking at the scent profile, you can tell right off the bat that this is one hell of a gourmand fragrance. The flowery-fruity women’s fragrance with sweet gourmand accents is reminiscent of the unique Parisian flair and, thanks to its extremely strong sillage, will attract attention even in crowded spaces. This was a step out of my comfort zone as 95% of my perfume collection has vanilla DNA in there somewhere.

Something about the heavy jasmine, heavy patchouli, and the cedar just made this scent wayyy too strong and, well, heavy on me. I don’t pick up any of the patchouli really, but I’m also somewhat new to picking out specific notes.

If I had to name a similar fragrance, I would say this is a very light and very much watered down version of L'interdit as I detect a slight grape juice vibe. It even makes my tongue feel fleetingly like I've just licked my flavored lip balm-coated lips and there's a balmy residue. So please, people, don't spill your frustrations on a scent that is even not widely available at the moment. I don't get the strawberry scent hardly at all, only the first minute of application, and then it immediately morphes into a sexy sweet Chypre floral just like MDCherie.

Spell-binding, it captivates from the very first time it is worn thanks to its ultra-pure radiance, which binds patchouli to luminous, white notes, and balances it with the sensuality of musk.I don't wear this scent when I feel grody and am in a bad mood because I am not being who I desire to be in that instance, and the perfume would just highlight that. This has a twist to it that I just dont like, I dont wanna use the word but when it turns “granny-ish” and in general also its for me a disappointing perfume. Overall, if you don't smell that in this fragrance, it's good for spring and doesn't smell too much like anything else. A fragrance on which freshness and floral sweetness are projected, soft and intense, luminous and cloudy, a magnetic perfume, sensual and at the same time, fun and cheerful. I have too many of this type of scents and I am no longer excited about them because they tend to give off the same vibe.
